    We are a General Contractor located in Downtown Charlotte and are looking to hire a Project/Contract Administrator.  Below are the main tasks the position would be responsible for.

    • Job Setup - Gathering all information for a project information sheet
    • Job Permits - Completing permit application and following process through
    • Owner Contracts and Change Orders - Includes tracking fully executed documents
    • Subcontracts and Subcontract Change Orders - Includes tracking fully executed documents
    • Obtaining Job Certificate of Insurance
    • Filling the Appointment of Lien Agent and Notice to Lien Agent

    Construction experience is preferred but not required.
