Golf Tournament

The tournament has been held for twelve years as the CFMA Charlotte Chapter Golf Tournament. The event was renamed in September of 2017 to honor Matt Varner. Matt was a long standing chapter member who lost his battle with pancreatic cancer in March of 2017.
Proceeds from this event go towards the Education Fund for CFMA Charlotte Chapter. This fund sponsors scholarships for students at local trade schools, universities, & colleges as well as other educational opportunities for CFMA members. Over $150,000 has been awarded in scholarships to students since the beginning of the tournament.
