Grant Garner: Grant is a Vice President at BMO in the Corporate Advisory group. The group provides strategic advisory services to C-Suite executives and privately-held business owners with offerings including M&A, ownership transition strategies, recapitalizations, ESOPs, and other corporate finance engagements.
Prior to joining BMO, Grant worked at GI Alliance, a sponsor-owned healthcare platform, where he gained investing experience by supporting the company’s M&A efforts in the gastroenterology sector. Grant also has restructuring experience in the airlines and aviation industry, advising companies in financial distress through capital structure optimization, strategy, and operational improvements.
Glen Furman: Glenn has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years and has been involved in both the buy and sell side of business organizations. He has also been involved in, and is a part of, the ownership transition plan at Kerr Contractors that was implemented in 2019. Before moving to Oregon in late 2014 Glenn was the Director of Finance & Risk Management for an oil & gas pipeline construction company in the Midwest for 11 years. Glenn started his career in public accounting and worked in this area for over 7 years.
Tracy Allen, CPA, CCIFP®, is a Partner at Aldrich CPAs + Advisors and leads the firm’s construction industry practice in Oregon. With more than two decades of experience in construction accounting, she provides audit, attest, and consulting services to closely held businesses, with knowledge in cash flow, succession planning, and surety requirements. A recognized industry speaker and educator, Tracy serves on the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Council and the Oregon Society of CPAs board. She was named a DJC Women of Vision award recipient in 2017 and holds a degree in accounting from Linfield College.

A licensed CPA, JP is known for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, ensuring that LMC’s financial operations are not only sound but also forward-looking. His deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence play a key role in driving the company’s continued growth and long-term success
Andrew Beyer has been building things his entire professional life from structures and curriculums, to relationships and companies. He has been a framer, finish carpenter, general contractor, project executive, woodworking teacher, school administrator, CEO, and soccer and basketball coach.
Andrew has been at EC Electric, one of the largest privately held electrical contractors in the Pacific Northwest, for 10 years and is currently CEO. He served as AGC Oregon Columbia Chapter President from 2009-2010 and now serves on the National Electrical Contractor Association (NECA-Oregon) Barnes Allison Labor Management Cooperation Committee.
Throughout his career Andrew has worked to inspire principle-centered ideas about effective leadership. EC Electric’s core values include integrity, safety, quality, equity, fulfillment, and profitability. He believes when the first five values are practiced well, profitability will follow.

Kyle Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, EC Electric
Kyle has been in accounting and finance within the construction industry for over 20 years, 12 of those have been at EC Electric. Kyle brings a collaborative approach and has extensive experience and expertise in managing financial operations including budgeting, financial planning and analysis, risk assessment and business partnering. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
