Carter Younts is a captive consultant with over a decade of stop loss experience. Carter works with a variety of midsize employers (50-3500 lives) across all industries, in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, to provide much-needed transparency, ownership, flexibility, and cost controls to their health plans.

A native of Richmond, VA, Carter is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He lives in Nashville with his wife (Alli), daughter (Lucy), and Basset Hound (Ladybird).
