Crowder - John Tuschak. John is an accomplished Heavy Civil Project Sponsor with 19 years of industry experience. John has managed projects ranging from $5M to $550M and has been an integral part of long-term project teams that span over many years. 

Edifice - Josiah Goins. Josiah serves as a Project Executive at Edifice, a large general contractor headquartered in Charlotte and operations across the Carolinas. He has been in the construction industry for over 19 years. In his current role, he is primarily responsible for industrial and manufacturing projects, but has experience in several other industries as well.

MSS Solutions - Rob Rucker. Rob is a former Sergeant in the US Marines and has extensive background in mechanical construction. He joined MSS Solutions in 2018 as Project Manager, and now serves as Operations Manager for the largest division within MSS Solutions, Charlotte Mechanical Construction. 

Petra Energy Holdings - Wayne Marshall. Wayne Marshall has led Petra Energy Holdings, LLC since January 2020. Wayne has more than 35 years’ experience in the energy and utility industry, serving in various roles within Duke Power, Duke Energy, Duke Solutions, Ameresco, Petra Engineering, and Renew Petra prior to joining Petra Energy Holdings. He has managed and executed utility scale renewable projects, energy conservation, cogeneration, power generation, environmental conservation, expert independent engineering, and supply management for industrial, commercial, large renewable companies, and institutional clients. He has been closely involved in the development, design, procurement, construction, financing, and operational aspects of the business. 

WB Moore - Jeff Emerson. Jeff is a talented and seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in electrical contracting management and operations. In his role as Vice President of Operations, he brings a wealth of expertise with strengths in areas such as financial and project execution, profit and loss analysis, workforce talent investments and long-term corporate strategy oversight. Jeff has always shown a strong understanding of how to obtain measurable gains, identify key performance improvements and provide tangible evidence of success throughout his leadership roles. Jeff also serves on the Charlotte Regional Leadership Council for the ABC Carolinas chapter.
